Andrea and I are building an earthbag cabin out of sandbags from the recent flooding on the Clark Fork River and Lake Pend Oreille. We were offered hundreds of sandbags by our friend Kathy who livest along the Clark Fork River. We just need to go and haul them away. We decided to build as many cabins as we could. We will have an interior that is 14'x14' with a stone floor. The sandbags will be covered with a tarp then dirt and planted with fescue.
